Opioids: Know the Risks/Rx
Goal: Address the opioid epidemic with powerful visuals, alarming statistics, and bold, outdoor guerrilla marketing. By using a larger-than-life prescription pill bottle as the focus of the campaign, we addressed the epidemic of opioid addiction through the lens of overdose, loss, grief, and feeling trapped. The take-away message was to give knowledge to the public and arm them with information that even unsuspecting people can fall victim to a seemingly harmless drug, prescribed by a trusted doctor. Visually, the pill bottle represented both a prison of addition and a casket.
